April 26th and 27th 2013 were days to remember. The reason being days spent with family are priceless and these days were spent with our FCF family in the Ontario region.
As always World Outreach Ministries and Pastor Dale and Edith Hoch made each one feel so welcome. The meeting was well attended and many new members welcomed into the growing
fellowship of ministers.
I spoke on the opening night a message that has grown in my spirit all this year entitled, “The Real Jesus.” Jesus came to remove all separation between God and man. He not only woos us to Himself He ones us to Himself. John 14:20, “At that day ye shall know that I [am] in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you in you.” No separation we are one with God. I know faith is at an all time high because Jesus is being lifted up and the only option is faith.
Pastor Marcus Martinez spoke on Saturday and was such a blessing. He spoke from 1 Peter 5:5 (KJV), “Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all [of you] be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.”
Many of the the pastors told me they will never forget the call to humility enabling God to give us Grace. Personally I will always remember why Satan was cast down, pride was found in his heart. God resisteth the proud ! Need we say more?
Pastor Scott McIntyre challenged us to stay rooted in the finished work of Christ and not be moved by the winds of religious thinking. He spoke from Ephesians 4:14 (KJV), “That we [henceforth] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, [and] cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;” Scott we will remember its windy out there and the forecast is for more wind.
