HIS STEADFAST LOVE

Romans 5:5 (KJV) 5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His Love in our hearts. When we truly understand that our receiving is totally based on God's love and not our merit, love will never disappoint.

Love never fails, worries, boasts, it is not proud and never comes to an end.

Ephesians 1:19 show us the characteristics of love, “...what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power”

The exceeding greatness of His power is His love for us, because God is Love. The phrase "according to" means "in keeping with; in agreement with" (American Heritage Dictionary). We could read according to the working of His mighty love.

Concerning Jesus there was a voice that came out of heaven saying,  “you are my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased.” Now Jesus wants you to know that He is well-pleased with you. God sees you as His beloved because He has made us accepted in the Beloved (Ephesians 1:6).

1 John 3:1(KJV) 3 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. How great is the Love the father has lavished on us. We are called His dear children. So that is what we now are!  Beloved we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared.

The object of agape love never does anything to merit His love. I encourage you to make a decision each morning to live loved. Live the Zoe life which is apparently the God (love) given life or the abundant life.

On this February, ascribed as love month just allow love to illuminate your soul.

Psalm 63:3 (KJV) 3 Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.

Is it not precisely that those who know and experience Love personally feel an irresistible desire to proclaim Him ? O love of God, how rich and pure! How measureless and strong! It shall forevermore endure. The saints’ and angels’ song.
