MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Credential applications are available to all individuals who believe in the principles, nature and purpose of FCF Canada, Inc., and fulfill the applicable requirements:

  • Completion of the appropriate application packet (Click application button below for details)

  • Contact an FCF Representative for a face-to-face interview and completion of FCF`s Minister`s Invitation Form

  • Sign FCF`s Minister`s Statement proving agreement with FCF`s Tenets of Faith

  • Submit a Statement of Ministry (This form is to be completed by the person that is directly responsible for your involvement in the ministry)

  • Include a detailed, typed resume along with application 

  • Submit a recent photograph

  • Submit two recommendations from persons who have known your ministry for at least two years

  • If credentialed with another organization, submit a copy of certificate

  • Submit a one-time, nonrefundable processing fee of $75.00

  • Submit an annual fee of $100.00 (This fee will be refunded if the application is not approved)


Action will not be taken on your application until all fees and completed forms have been returned to the National Office.

Upon review and approval of the FCF Board, the minister will be presented with his/her credentials via Canada Post if Exhorter or License, or at an FCF Relational Gathering Ordination Service for Ordination or Reconfirmation of Ordination.

EXHORTER'S LICENSE

The exhorter`s license is for the individual who is at least 18 years of age, believes he/she is called of God to minister and is involved in the ministry, but is just at the beginning of the development of the gift.

MINISTER'S LICENSE

License is for the individual who is at least 21 years of age, knows he/she is called of God to minister, and is in the process of developing the gift through education, involvement in the local church, and personal growth. Qualified individuals must have completed one of the following:

(1) One year of college or formal Bible training
(2) One year in active full-time ministry
(3) A combination of the above totalling one year

ORDINATION

Ordination is for the individual who is at least 23 years of age, has prepared for and is involved in the ministry, and most importantly, in whom others recognize the gift and witness the ability to minister as a mature, called and anointed elder in the Body of Christ. Qualified individuals must have completed one of the following:

(1) Two years of college or formal Bible training;

(2) Two years in active full-time ministry;

(3) A combination of the above totaling two years.

The Ordination is not recognized until the candidate has attended a special Laying on of Hands Ordination Service. 

RECONFIRMATION OF ORDINATION

For the individual who meets the Ordination requirements and is presently ordained with another organization recognized by FCF Canada. Once application has been made and approved, a Reconfirmation of Ordination certificate is issued and attendance at a Laying on of Hands Service is not required (but encouraged).
